To Visit Our Exhibitions

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our community, we have carefully followed the health guidelines developed by the public health authorities. 

Reservations Required
In order to visit our exhibitions, please reserve online or by phone at 514 849-3742.

Our exhibition spaces can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at all times. It is possible to visit with a family of more than 4, and to visit alone in the spaces. Walk-ins are accepted, but could be refused depending on the traffic.

Our Safety Measures
When you arrive, we will ask you to disinfect your hands and wear your mask/face covering, follow the path and remember to maintain physical distance. One-way traffic and waiting areas will be offered to allow an airy and safe visit. The mask/face covering is mandatory in our spaces for visitors 10 years of age and older, and recommended at your discretion in between the age of 2 years old and 9 years old.

If you have symptoms associated with COVID-19, please postpone your visit.

Waiting Time Upon Your Arrival

There could be a few minutes of waiting time upon your arrival, before coming into the Foundation. Please prepare yourself according to the weather, rain or shine.


The PHI Foundation is partially accessible for those with reduced mobility, although additional assistance may be required. For more information, please call: 514 849-3742.

Purchasing Publications

Cloakroom and Personal Belongings

Please note that the Foundation will not be able to accommodate your personal belongings. Please bring only what is necessary.


The PHI Foundation does not have a parking area for visitors, however, you may find paying parking stations nearby. We also suggest you consult the map of parking lots in Old Montréal.


Please keep a safe distance from the artworks and be careful not to touch them. Please note that the PHI Foundation spaces are under camera surveillance.

Photos and Videos

Please note that photography is allowed for personal use for certain exhibitions, however, it is forbidden to use video cameras, flash or tripods. Please note that depending on the exhibitions, the photography policy might vary according to the copyright policy and permission of the artist. See our gallery attendants for more information. Food and Beverages

Food and beverages are not allowed in the gallery spaces of the PHI Foundation.


A Wi-Fi network is available for free to visitors of the PHI Foundation. See our gallery attendants for more information on our mediation tools to complement your visit.


The PHI Foundation’s programming is developed by its curatorial team and it does not accept unsolicited submissions. Please do not call. Please note that the PHI Foundation does not represent any artist.

Space Rental

The PHI Foundation does not rent its gallery spaces for any external events.

The PHI Foundation offers in-house produced and co-produced publications, artist monographs, gallery guides and other print initiatives as a way to provide in-depth accompaniments to the many exhibitions that we have had the privilege to present. We have also partnered with like-minded institutions, publishers and artists to create printed matter and limited editions. All of these titles are for sale at the PHI Foundation.
