The Gallery Hop day will begin with a brunch celebrating the launch of the first ever Montreal Gallery Hop and the announcement of the RBC Canadian Painting Competition finalists. Join RBC curator Robin Anthony and Canadian Art editor Rick Rhodes before you set out on your Hop day.

Dissections brings together an interdisciplinary panel series presented as part of DHC/ART’s program of public events designed to encourage an exchange of thoughts and impressions on contemporary art. It is with great pleasure that the Canadian Art Foundation co-present this event this event with DHC/ART on the occasion of the Montreal Gallery Hop.

Presenters selected for this Dissections will speak to a particular set of concepts, themes and approaches inspired by the artists and works in the current exhibition “Come and See“ by Jake and Dinos Chapman. After the presentations, the public is invited to take part in a group discussion.
